POR-15

Post by Warren »

Has anyone used this product on thier fuel tank before? I will be useing in my gas tank this weekend and I'll post up my results.

I would of bought a new gas tank but, I read that the remaned tanks did not come with baffling. Is that true?

In tank? I wouldnt recommend that, it has nothing to do with baffles. Its a rust inhibitor

Yes in tank. Here is the kit. http://www.por15.com/FUEL-TANK-REPAIR-KIT_p_62.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

I bought the POR-15 kit because I was unsure if the aftermarket replacement tanks that are available come with the in tank baffling.

I read that the Spectra premium TO1B fuel tank has baffling but when I looked into it more I also read that it wasn't. Confusing

here's the one I bought for my build, OEM design but with a one piece filler neck vs. the bolt on stock one, it is baffled!

just buy a new tank, don't waste your time trying to salvage an old one... it's what I did.
