i finaly got around to posting my car build so here it is.

i bought this 85 SR5 corolla for $600 on CL when i got it the brakes were bad, head lights didnt work, a few oil leaks and i dident have a roof! thankfully i worked with a mechanic at the time and he helped me sort out alot of the problems...

so at this point the crap hit the fan in the worse kind of way my car broke down then i lost my job
and the car sat for almost a full year....

this is where i picked back up. come to find out it was my carb AND my crank pulley! (when it rains it pours right?)

Image
i got my crank pulley welded havent had a problem since!

before i painted my bumpers

i still need to get an alignment but the steering feels so much more responsive! it was well worth the battle and time. but i was unable to get the bushings done for the 4-links and panhand bar.....i might just buy a new set but thats later down the road.

its low enough to pass the shoe test. :lol!:

I like the gauges all red. I did that to mine and I like it much better than the green at night
