HI i'm new here , my name is Matthew and I'm from Quebec , Canada

I've been drifting since 2009 with my old s14 but this year I was tempted to take a new challenge

Image

Image

My friend had a Sprinter Trueno for sale so I decided its was the perfect drifting project

ironically , I had drifted against that car 2 years before I bought it

Image

This is when I took possession of it , had a stock 4age , no more coilovers , ajustable arm , overfender etc , back to stock .
Image

First thing we did was remove the 4age engine , not that I think its a bad engine , but its was was wiser moneywise to put my old s14 sr20 in it

Image

replacing the 4a by this
Image

Custom engine/tranny mount based on the JSP Kit , we had to make somne modification because the turbo was hitting the mount

Image

Took about 10 minute and the engine was in

Intercooler fitting

nice 86 garage

Image

the car came with shitty oem spec shock/spring and since the car will be used for drifting , I wanted something better so I ordered these
, I'd like to thanks Parts Shop Max for their help and great service

Image

Ordered Ncra and T3 knucle too

Image

The car originally had a cusco bolt in roll cage but the car was to be used in pro drifting , soo I had to get a full welded cage .

So this is how the car sit now , new hood , dmax overfender .

Cool hatch. I've yet to see a hands on review from someone running powered by max coilovers for the 86. Feedback on these would be awesome, especially since they will be drifted on.
