It isn't shiny but I'm already enjoying it alot.

1992 Toyota Paseo 5 speed

I found it f/s for 2,000. When I got there I started talking the seller down. He told me he was desperate and in the middle of moving and would take 1300. I offered 1100 and drove her home :D

Cold A/C kick's ass in Houston.

These are the ad pictures. When I got up there it has 2,000 written across the windsheild in the same white stuff.

I cleaned the engine bay, replaced the plugs with some cheap ngk's for now, tinted the windows 35% front and 5% in the rear.

It's a good testiment to toyota reliability. I have all the service records and after 184,000 miles it has had.....

oil changes
spark plugs
air filter
clutch job
slave cylinder
tires
timing belt
waterpump
pcv valve
belts
coolant flushes
transmission fluid change
brakes front 2 times and 1 time rear

No sensors have gone bad! Radiator and all the hoses are still in good shape! Even the spark plug wires are original, and everything functions as it should. Not too bad imo for a 92' with 180k+

haha I'm curious now too. Its based off the Tercel chassie with a DOHC MPFI setup. The dash is the exact same (which I really like because the vents are simular to the ae86 vents) as the tercel, along with suspension, transmission is geared slightly lower in the paseo for more performance.

I noticed today the original 3rd brake light in the spoiler which has like 40 or more LED's is working perfectly with not one LED malfunctioning, pretty crazy. I also noticed you can put this car next to almost any other stock rid height car out there and its lower than all of them. Even the miata by 3/16 of an inch.

Going threw all the service records the clutch is the original, the clutch has never been replaced. Its going to need one soon, but 185k miles you can't complain.

I might be loading this car up with some NST products too 8)
