So I need a hand, or tool

Post by MadeInThe80s »

I started switching over my front suspension today and ran into a snag when it came time to take the shock out of the strut assembly. Specifically this part... @1:54

Anyone in DFW have this tool? or know somewhere I can borrow it to unscrew this? I dont want to just cut into the housing and hit the shock, Id like to resell them if at all possible.

Chris

Yeah I was thinking of a plumbers tool, those things do grab really well.

Found a bigger set of channel locks that worked PERFECT. The others I had where the normal channel lock brand and maxxed out they didnt fit around it very well.
