dropped the GZE head off to get resurfaced and the s13 is finally up and running like it should be!

don't mind me and my cousin talking at the end... he had this weird look on his face when we took off due to the one wheel spinning, Good ol' little 15" wheels/tires on a 240!. He's also 15 and his first time in a boosted car haha. LOL

almost ready to start tearing into the 86 now.

just a stock redtop sr20det. Didn't have any exhaust on in that video... straight out the turbo! haha. It now has 3" exhaust, and i'm attempting to figure out why the engine is getting oil but my mechanical gauge says i'm getting 0 pounds at idle and 5 pounds when it's revved up.

Yes sir im just using the s13 for a daily til i get the 86 up and going with the GZE!
Im planning on trying to sell the 13 shell later on and buying another 86 chassis then putting the sr20 in an 86. I think that would be a fun car!

HAPPY EFFING NEW YEAR!!!! Hahahahaha

waiting on the damn machine shop... they've had it for 2 weeks.... when I dropped it off "it should be done middle of next week" thinkin sweet. week goes by and it's Friday of that "next week" call em' "oh...ya... it should be done middle of next week". If they say that again when I call on Thursday if they haven't done it yet I'm just going to go pick it up, and might ship it to Denver, Colorado to get worked over. It's getting a little ridiculous.

So I finally got my head back! I got the 240 figured out, but now needs a water pump... starting to make some funny noises.

anyways also realized I forgot to take a pic of the NiteParts bellhousing for the 4ag(Z)e to w58 conversion. so here's a couple pictures to update. I will probably put the head back on the block this weekend. When I started stripping the head down to get it decked... everything was loose. Cam Gears, Cams, valve covers, etc. So While i was taking it to the machine shop I told them to check EVERYTHING OVER to make sure it was all in spec. Cost $350 with some change... but the head shouldn't have any issues. HOPEFULLY.

on with a couple pictures.

GZE head still in the wrap from the maching shop :)

I'll really start in on the corolla here soon once I get this 240 mostly reliable to Daily back and forth to work.
