Yotarolla came in and got a radiator for his sister yesterday. Had a little hiccup with a catalog error but got them fixed up.

I go out of my way to assist this community in any way I can. I'm a car guy like the rest of you. I have had bad customer service at numerous parts houses and know how frustrating it is to deal with these people. I have 22 years experience in the automotive field. I've been behind the parts counter for almost 8 years. We enjoy our cars and spend alot of time and money on them. Why should we have to deal with a jack@$$ salesman as well?
