Any feedback on steering lock spacers

So I bought aw11 manual rack that I'm about to swap in. I already have the ps rack too, so I figured now is the time to swap the inner tie rods and then buy the steering knuckles when I get a chance. (Everything is super easy while the engine is out right?) I'm debating getting these spacers as well. Does anyone have experience/feedback on using the spacers?
