Does anyone happen to know the diameter and spline of the PS rack? Anyone made a custom one-piece steering column on here?

you are in luck sir. I can measure the diameter for you as I just pulled mine out and swapped in a manual rack! Only downfall I have to wait til I get off work or if I go home for lunch. Mine is off a 1985 gts. just for a heads up. I'll measure the shaft when I get home.
