Mr2/camaro short stroke clarity. I'm confused

Okay okay.. I know this topic goes around like the plague, but I keep getting different strokes from different folks. ( Like my little pun there? Short stroke, different strokes.. Get it?). So anyhow, I'm trying to get a parts list together for my project to lower it and maintain drivability/some comfort. Does anyone have a list by any chance of the part numbers or at least the year/model cars I would have to order parts for to accomplish this? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance :)

I figured so, but like I said, I keep getting different inputs from people and don't want to look up the wrong parts.. But thank you for the numbers :)

Additionally, is there any modification needed to use the above listed parts?

you will have to shorten the front strut casings

Either the 765015 (fronts) or 765016 (rears) will work. They're the same dimensions but the 5016s may be the better choice since they're located on an MR2 where the engine is. Make sense?

Right, better for engine weight, but these are the ones Manifesto is referring to as far as shortening the casing? I'm going to do some research and see how difficult that is. Thanks for the input guys.

This is off topic but there's a youtube button in the full editor mode.

Basically just place the youtube video url in between the tags and voila!

how much do you take off? isn't it something like 40mm? I saw the video but do you have to install the coilovers or can you just cut it and use lowering springs?

you dont have to do shit if youre using lowering springs my man... this is for coilover applications.
lowering springs are only one or maybe two inch drops, and sized for the regular spring perches. its absolutely plug and play

even if i put the mr2 struts in? My shocks and struts are blown so I'm wanting something to lower it and was planning on this combo.

if you use mr2 strut inserts, you have to use spacers and/or cut
