i dont get near the work out during winter. work slows down and i dont move as fast not sweating and so on. and its the season to eat! so i usually put on 20#'s over the winter. i should be skin and bones by the end of next summer.

I have committed myself to quit snacking, no late-night eating, and making better meal/food choices. In doing this ALONE I have lost 45lbs in 4 months. I am getting very near to my fighting weight again. I'll be hitting the bike and pool soon getting ready for Sping/Summer triathlons.
