I agree with the Bernoulli effect(ahem Jonas' spelling incorrect again). But I'll tell you this, I made 30 more wheel hp with porting my aftermarket heads on the bottle with everything else in the engine left alone. Granted this was a big cube (409 cubic inch) small block Chevy with a HUGE cam, and HUGE valves, and almost 2300 cfm of carburetors, and a 300 shot fogger system. Made 1019 at the wheels and 940 torque, on bottle. Go with a bigport head is my suggestion, bigger valves, supporting valve train for said bigger valves, and give it hell.

You obviously made more hp but here's another scenario, what if you could have made more but had "over ported"? It's even possible you could have ported but then narrowed a portion of the run to the back of the valve to increase cylinder fill. Anyway, I think there's plenty of food for thought here for ya Manolo. The biggest challenge is just being decisive.

P.S. -

In case anyone didn't catch what exactly was "misspelled", it's actually a grammar error on my part. I mistakenly used AFFECT (verb) instead of EFFECT(noun). All the more proof no one should listen to me. ;)

you can ask mckenney i have debated putting bottle on my car till she blows up just to see what she can do...I have the 1uz swap mostly lined up already. I think a progressive 150 shot on the freewway would be way to fun lol but in all reality 50-100 is prolly gonna be the safest bet on these motors

lol.... i dont give a shit Master Jonas' i shall listen to you... hahahaha... correct me if i'm wrong but the 1uz is iron block and head also right? i don't se y a little 100 is going to do it some harm. like everyone bin saying thou " lets just make sure you running a little rich"

im personally going to practice playing with nitrous on my stock motor. then install my forged motor and really go crazy with the bottle.

it would be interesting to se how much that motor can take, and compare it to the 4age.

people already sparying them. most have been safe up ti the 500hp range. The rods are the weak point but with a replacement rod people are running updwards of 1000hp. people really really underestimate this motor

4AGE has a pretty weak crank casing, and nitrous is really hard on motors.
