4age 16v into sr5 questions

so if you get a 16v motor trans wiring harness ecu the whole deal will it just drop in? i heard some people saying something about a gts harness? and having to change the fuel sending around to a gts? and i also was wanted to know if i could still use my sr5 dash harness. if anyone knows of a good write up that be awesome.
