AE86 interior pics and preferences/opinions

Post by o.g.darkdrifter »

I've been looking more and more into different interior setups on ae86's and I just like seeing different peoples tastes. Some people like stock seats some like buckets, some like door panels some dont. Lets see what you got or what you generally like. And feel free to comment or voice you're opinion (as long as it's not blatently disrespectful of course).

This is the best pic I have until I get it back. It's haggard and dirty but that will change when I get it back. I'm thinking of getting rid of the seat so I can get another bucket with adjustable side mounts or just make new mounts that are lower and better positioned. Kinda want a quick release too... and a higher shifter....... lol I need this car back already lol.

I can see where your coming from. But the one that I had last broke. But it wasn't supported very well.

I wonder what kind of frame my momo has. I can kind of feel some kind of bars under the fabric. But since its all covered, I can only guess.

Yeah sparco sprint's are perfect for me. The kirkey was nice but it was just too wide in the upper portion so it hit the door, and non adjustable seat rails suck at times (I had custom fabbed stationary rails). Completely gutted is bad ass.... just not when you have to drive the car on the street on a regular basis.

I've got solid rails in mine, but I'm the only one that drives it. But I can see where sliding rails would be nice.

How much was your seat?
