how to put the window cranking mechanisim in?

so i took it out of my door a while back to switch the locks on my door from the smashed 1 and now when i put the thing back in my door it looks as if the shit does not crank straight up. i am lost on how to re assemble the rods for the locks and stuff as well. any1 got a spare complete passenger side door they want to get rid of? ill trade u my current gutted one plus a window for it and some cash
