Re: My new build
Picked up the pipe so I had to install it,fits well and the muffler looks good but I'll build a removable baffle in case the noise cops at an event get pissy.
Here is a link to the album, pics include the exhaust, dampers, the driveshaft mockup, the guages now installed and the front nose template sitting sort of where it'll go.

Re: My new build
Thanks Jonas,wrap up??
What does this mean?,do you expect it to actually be finished with no further work one day?.Silly boy, haven't you been paying attention with the corolla build-that was a continous 9 year build/rebuild deal. :D
I'm not as unhappy with the header now that its welded/installed,considering the total cost including the muffler is well under $200 it'll do considering a professional custom header is a min of $1000.

Re: My new build
Built, fit, installed and removed the body for paint this weekend.A cousin is a pro painter and was interested in squirting the panels for me but hasn't returned my call yet.I might have to spray bomb them as I have no time to wait,I'd like to install the body this coming weekend.

Re: My new build
I don't if its fun yet,I did the body because I'm still waiting for brake and electrical parts I ordered a LOOONG time ago.
I hope to have both soon,no wiring means no running and no brakes means a wrecked car so no test drive yet.I have 3 weeks untill the next event I want to attend-its a prosolo on saturday and a regional level autox on the sunday. If the car survives that abuse I'll be surprised,I mean happy.
