Re: 20v Hi comp piston, suggestions

blacktop pistons in a silvertop are a great choice for NA applicarions. Your desired CR will depend greatly on your tuning capabilities and cam selection. Re: 4AG head on 4AC block?

same stroke of 77mm, compression is lowered because of a big combustion chamber. The short answer on this question is you need enough parts that it's easier to just use a complete 4age engine.

Re: Coolant line rerouting needed on the 20v swap

Thanks Occa, I only just started to receive notifications of threads in this forum last week so I can make a presence again on here. That link only has my old cooling kit which needs to be updated to this one: http://i127.photobucket.com/albums/p143/daunderdweller/sq%20engineering/20v-coolingkit-rhd...

Velocity stacks

now finished are the first of these custom made velocity stacks. Most of the existing stacks available from stores are internally mismatched which causes power loss through turbulence and flow reversion. All the types I have available are guaranteed to have an ideal fit between the trumpet and the t...

it also pays to run a spacer between the trans and the mount to give some more room at the back of the engine.

I also agree with the thoughts about banging the firewall, just because people have done it before doesn't mean it's not very crude and unproffesional

Re: 20 valve ITB's

I figured you either fabbed up your own air box or modified the factory one. I had installed a customer's airbox upside down since he didn't have a budget for a custom box.
